Combat Astronomy new release thru Discus. Click For Infos.
One of my favourite things that I do in music is working with the American prog / free jazz / sludge / zeuhl group Combat Astronomy, and I’m very pleased to let you know that our third CD “Earth Divided by Zero” is now out on the Zond label.
Mainman James Huggett (bass, programming) is joined this time by myself on saxes, electronics and (er..) vocals (tho there’s a prize for anyone who can spot them in the mix!) , plus the fabulous Elaine Di Falco on vocals. The result is single-minded, unrelenting, dynamic, beautifully recorded and engineered, and very very exciting.
And just wait until you hear the 4th album, currently in progress!
I have a small number of copies for sale to UK / European customers. Those of you in USA / Canada / elsewhere should order direct from Zond if you can, and from Discus if you can’t.
There are some MP3s set up on the Discus website www.discus-music.co.uk (follow the “Hear MP3s” button on the Homepage), and there is also a link thru to the Zond site from there too.
Press release attached.
Don’t forget you can buy this item as part of the usual Discus 3 for £21 deal too!
All the best,
Martin Archer
