Nuovo Disco, Registrazioni con Brian Deck e Tour maggioI Settlefish (Bologna, Italia) registreranno il loro secondo album per Deep Elm Records (Charlotte, Usa/ www.deepelm.com) in luglio a Rubiera (RE) agli studi “Bunker/Esagono”. A registrare il disco ci sarà Brian Deck, già batterista dei Red Red Meat e collaboratore dei Califone, Orso e Loftus. Brian Deck ha prodotto e registrato negli ultimi anni svariati dischi per gruppi quali Modest Mouse (Matador/Epic Records), Califone (Thrill Jockey/Perishable), Atombombpocketknife (Southern Records), The Ghost (Some Records), Ugly Casanova (Sub Pop), Fruit Bats (Sub Pop) ecc. Ha anche lavorato alle registrazioni di Rex (Southern rec.), HIM (FatCat) ed Iron & Wine (Sub Pop).
Il disco uscirà per Deep Elm, su cd, molto probabilmente l’1 Ottobre. L’edizione in vinile sarà curata da una etichetta italiana il cui nome sarà annunciato prossimamente.
Il prossimo mese uscirà per Deep Elm Records il già annunciato split con i compagni di etichetta Desert City Soundtrack (Portland, Usa) e Sounds Like Violence (Vaxjo, Svezia).
